5 STEPS TO ORDERING YOUR JADDCARDS

1/ Complete the order form in BLOCK CAPITALS please, making sure to clearly write your name, delivery address, postcode and phone number/e-mail address. (If we cannot ascertain the delivery address or make contact with you, we cannot accept, and will not bank, your cheque).

2/ List each product code, description and quantities. When ordering personalised gifts please complete and enclose the Design Sheet

3/ Total your order and add the appropriate post and packaging costs (see below)

• For orders up to £10 add £0.99p
• For orders over £10 and under £25 add £2.50
• For orders over £25 and under £50 add £3.50
• Orders over £50 have free delivery within the UK
For orders from outside the UK please contact us for details of post and packing rates.

4/ Send your completed order form and a cheque payable to JADDCARDS to the address shown on the form. On payment you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions. Confirmation we have received your order will be immediately sent via e-mail, where an e-mail address is provided. This will also indicate estimated time of delivery.

5/ Alternatively you can Email your order form direct to our sales team as an attachment, or use it as a guide to contact us independently on: sales@jaddcards.co.uk We will Email you back confirming order value and will dispatch order within 7 working days of receipt of payment. Please include correct post and packaging cost (see 3/ above)
